Artista pl\u00e1stico mexicano. Hiperrealista, colorista, paisajista<\/h3>

Artista pl\u00e1stico autodidacta, que despu\u00e9s de m\u00e1s de 40 a\u00f1os como pintor de origen paisajista, ha diversificado su t\u00e9cnica e inspiraciones; pasando del paisaje al retrato, o del bodeg\u00f3n al mural, jugando con \u00f3leo, pasteles, acr\u00edlicos, carboncillo, tinta y l\u00e1piz. Ha recorrido los lugares m\u00e1s rec\u00f3nditos no solo de la rep\u00fablica mexicana, sino de parajes en todo el mundo. Ha traducido a trav\u00e9s de sus ojos y trazos el semidesierto en Coahuila, una Hacienda queretana o hasta un manglar en el pa\u00eds vasco franc\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

A self-taught visual artist who, after over 40 years as a painter primarily focused on landscapes, has diversified his technique and inspirations, transitioning from landscapes to portraits or still life to murals, experimenting with oil, pastels, acrylics, charcoal, ink, and pencil. He has traveled to the most remote places not only in the Mexican republic but also to landscapes all around the world. Through his eyes and strokes, he has translated the desert in Coahuila, a Queretan hacienda, or even a mangrove in the French Basque Country.<\/p>\n\"Rafael\n

Arquitecto de profesi\u00f3n que desde ni\u00f1o mostr\u00f3 claras habilidades pl\u00e1sticas. A pesar de su talento natural se dedic\u00f3 a trabajar en distintos oficios para sostenerse y apoyar a su familia. Al mudarse a la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, estuvo trabajando como carnicero, repartidor, bolero y como dibujante sobre pedido, esto en la carrera de arquitectura en la UNAM, donde dadas sus habilidades art\u00edsticas, apoyaba en las tareas a los compa\u00f1eros menos dotados a cambio de una remuneraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

A trained architect who showed clear artistic abilities from a young age. Despite his natural talent, he worked in various jobs to support himself and his family. Upon moving to Mexico City, he worked as a butcher, deliveryman, shoe shiner, and as a commissioned artist, all while pursuing his architecture degree at UNAM. Given his artistic skills, he assisted less talented classmates with their assignments in exchange for compensation.<\/p>\n\"Rafael\n

Sus primeros cuadros los expuso a la venta en San Jacinto, el famoso \u00abJard\u00edn del arte\u00bb en el barrio de San \u00c1ngel, en la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico. Ah\u00ed vendi\u00f3 sus primeros cuadros, recibi\u00f3 sus primeras cr\u00edticas y conoci\u00f3 a galeristas que impulsaron su transici\u00f3n de artista de bazar a pintor reconocido internacionalmente.<\/p>\n

He displayed his first paintings for sale at San Jacinto, the famous \"Jard\u00edn del arte\" in the San \u00c1ngel neighborhood of Mexico City.
